NEW YORK (Lava Records) - On the road promoting their album COLLIDE (Ardent/Lava), and their hit single at Active Rock Radio and No 1 Christian Rock single "Savior," Skillet recently wrapped up the 30-plus city Saliva tour, ending with a sold out concert in Skillet and Saliva's hometown of Memphis, TN.
"This was a tour that each one of us absolutely loved," recalled Skillet lead singer John Cooper. "It was great to hit new markets, meet new fans, and just experience something we knew we were called to do. We definitely look forward to further tour opportunities like this, and were thankful Saliva asked us to come out and rock with them."

* Skillet's second mainstream rock single, "Open Wounds," has already impacted at Christian Rock Radio, debuting at No 30 last week, and catapulting to No 15 this week with the most adds on the R&R Christian Rock charts, and will hit mainstream radio airwaves on September 13th on the Active Rock format.
