Music Works today announced that the official soundtrack for Metro: Last
Light is now available to pre-order from the Sumthing Else website, iTunes and other digital retailers. Composed by Aleksey Omelchuk, it features over sixty original tracks that capture and reflect the dark and haunting atmosphere of the critically acclaimed first person shooter.
The digital release also includes four bonus tracks performed by 4A Games' in-house metal band 'Aranrut' that fans of the game may have unwittingly discovered by playing the cassette tape players hidden around the game world!
The soundtrack is set for worldwide release on
September 3rd, but fans can pre-order and listen to samples on Sumthing.com at https://www.sumthing.com/p/metro-last-light/, iTunes and other music retailers including Amazon.com.

About Metro: Last Light
It Is the Year 2034.

The plot of Metro: Last
Light was written by Dmitry Glukhovsky, acclaimed author of the novel "Metro 2033" which inspired the creation of both video games. Glukhovsky personally contributed the vast majority of dialogue in Metro: Last Light. Glukhovsky's novels "Metro 2033" and "Metro 2034" have sold more than two million copies worldwide. In 2013, his latest book "Metro 2035" will be also available outside of Russia. The film rights for "Metro 2033" were bought by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM), the movie is currently in development.
