Xander Demos Band Added To September Killer Dwarfs/Modern Superstar Date In Pittsburgh

New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ MTS Management) In what promises to be a sneak preview of October's Skull Fest show in North Platte, NE, metal shred guitarist, Xander Demos, and his band, have been added to the Killer Dwarfs/Modern Superstar bill in Pittsburgh, PA, on September 22, 2013. The concert will take place at the Dead Horse Cantina, located at 704 Thompson Road, McKees Rocks, PA, at 8pm. Tickets are $15. Xander plays a solo on the Modern Superstar track, "Devil's Playground (Redux)" which appears on the recent Hair I Go Again movie Indie Go-Go campaign compilation, as well as Modern Superstar's upcoming CD release, Rise Above. Xander has previously shared the bill with Modern Superstar at Spring Stampede in White Marsh, MD, back in April. Russ Dwarf, Xander Demos and Modern Superstar will all perform at Rock Harvest II this November, also in White Marsh, MD.

Xander Demos is a metal guitarist, who has performed with James Rivera's (Helstar, Malice) solo band, as well as with Sabbath Judas Sabbath. His debut album, Guitarcadia, was mixed by Firehouse frontman, Cj Snare. His next album, Dancing Through Daggers is expected in early 2014, also to be mixed by Snare and JK Northrup. Xander has appeared on releases from Liberty N Justice, Ged Rylands' Rage of Angels, and he will be on the upcoming Guitar Wizards compilation being released by Versailles Records, alongside George Lynch, Jake E. Lee and others.
