Durham, NC (Top40 Charts/ DPAC) Curtis Media Group announces the fourth annual "Country for Kids" concert at DPAC, Durham Performing Arts Center. Presented by 94.7 QDR, Country for Kids will feature live performances from five country stars including local favorite Jason Michael Carroll, hot new artist Jana Kramer, and CMA award-winning duo Thompson Square. The two remaining acts will be revealed this week on QDR's morning show, with all acts announced by
Thursday morning.
Proceeds from the concert will benefit the North Carolina Children's Hospital as the celebratory culmination of the twelfth annual N.C. Children's Promise Radiothon. The annual radiothon is UNC Health Care's largest fundraising event each year, a day full of miraculous stories being broadcast live from the N.C. Children's Hospital lobby on nearly 20 Curtis Media Group radio stations.
