New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ 3P Music Productions) New York City's LoveCryme has recently signed a sub-publishing deal with Italy's CDF Produzioni for the dark and soothing synth-rock single "
Stuck In My Head", to be released on October 24th, 2013.
CDF Produzioni, founded in 2002 in Catania by Carmelo Guglielmino, is considered the biggest independent label/publisher of Italy and one of the biggest in Europe.
The single is from the group's self-titled debut EP LoveCryme (Sojourn Records) that was released in June 2013, and is currently getting worldwide digital distribution through The Orchard, and also U.S. physical distribution through Nail / Allegro.
The group started when punk drummer Jonny Couch from Cleveland, Ohio met Danish girl Ljuba Castot in 2012. They ended up going into a recording studio with producer Kiyanu Kim (3P
Music Productions) to create their sonic vision.
Since March, this modern synth-rock outfit has hit clubs all over NYC, and has also been showcased at summer festivals Montauk
Music Festival and Bushwick Open Studios. As a result, the group became a featured artist on ReverbNation.Com. NYC
Director Erik Swanson (The Live Source) then took an interest in the group and directed the documentary-style music video for LoveCryme's single, "
Stuck In My Head".
CDF Produzioni will be releasing LoveCryme's single and music video to various markets throughout the territories of Italy, Switzerland, and Slovenia.
