I See MONSTAS Announce New Evolution EP Out Today!
Santa Monica, CA (Top40 Charts / Interscope/Polydor) London-based trio, I See MONSTAS (formerly known as MONSTA) release their brand new 4-track Evolution EP at all digital retailers. Check out the video for title track "Evolution", which recently premiered as Zane Lowe's Hottest Record in the UK.

As rising stars of the dance music scene, the trio discovered by Skrillex may have a different moniker but they still deliver a sound that is rooted firmly in dance with the best parts of electronica and soul thrown in. Comprised of producers Rocky and Rufio with vocals from front man Skaar, the group is a product of the UK dance scene whose progressive sound and uncompromising refusal to be pigeon-holed by any one genre has been making waves with peers and live audiences alike.

The Evolution EP includes lead track "Evolution" a soulful, progressive Drum&Bass banger featuring Skaar's trademark extraordinary vocal delivery, plus three more original tracks showcasing their musical progression and versatility. From the 90's breakbeat influenced, gospel - tinged " Nowhere ", via the bluesy hooks of seductive ballad " Promises" to their genre defying collaboration with producer Valentino Kahn " High Life "- each new song cements their dance and crossover credentials.

When talking about their new name and sound the band said, "We've wanted to change our name for a while to make it less about us (as in, who is MONSTA) and more external and about how we see things, in life, music, everything. With the new song and EP being called Evolution and it showing a more diverse range of our music, we thought it would be the perfect time to evolve the name of the band too."

Following the success of their eponymous debut EP and having recently delivered their remix of Tinie Tempah's 'Trampoline', which became an instant club hit, the band spent their summer touring extensively with the likes of Chase & Status, Swedish House Mafia, Knife Party and Zedd, not to mention performing at festivals around the world, including at Wireless, Ibiza Rocks, Radio 1 Big Weekend Ibiza, Global Gathering and Lollapalooza. The group is currently headlining the MTV Fresher's Tour appearing at Universities across the UK. Catch the band in the US at Escape From Wonderland Festival in San Bernardino, CA on October 26 th and opening for label mate Zedd on New Years Eve at Aragon Ballroom in Chicago.
