Lyda "Always Won" Featuring Eden King Is A Free Download At Soundcloud
New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Lyda official website) The new single from Lyda entitled "Always Won" is now available as a free download through his Soundcloud site at https://www.soundcloud.com/lyda.

The track features the sultry vocals of Eden King and expands upon the groundwork that the Los Angeles based and New York bred rapper and producer has been building over the past several months.

Lyda has put the track out for FREE - as HE has with many others in the past - with the hopes that DJ's, producers and other taste makers will help him spread the track virally - as THEY have in the past - to further build his reputation as a top level hip hop impresario on the rise.

"At this point in my career, its all about the music," Lyda remarked "If I offer a tune for free, and the track is hot, then people will want to buy the album when it drops, they will want to come to the shows when i am in town, they will want to buy the merchandise and follow me on social media etc. it's almost a Pay it Forward mentality and so far it's been working well, people are really buying in".

The emerging MC has also been gathering momentum with performances in Cincinnati, OH (where he also shot a video his track "Call of the Wild featuring Young Brooks), and in New York for a showcase at the nightclub Spa Fridays at Zacharys and a show at Revolution in Amityville for a TV taping and interview on the Verizon Fios1 segment "Rick's Rising Stars". More shows in LA and NYC are planned for this Fall, as well as new music.

ABOUT LYDA
The widely buzzed about new rising star MC, who earlier this year mixed and mastered the hit single "Flip Ya B*tch" by Frank Kush feat. Nu Jerzey Devil, has been busy pushing his musical message to the masses both as a rapper/songwriter with live performances at venues such as Belasco Theatre with headliners like kirko Bangz and as a sought after producer by up and coming acts in Los Angeles and beyond with his team at the Kush Club. Lyda also scored big recently with his widely received High Scores Mix tape featuring the tracks "Bad News" and "Keep You Here" and with his "The North Shore EP" which included two new singles "Seven Four" and "You Should Know" which were both mastered by Chris Gehringer (Rihanna, Drake, Lady Gaga, NAS) at Sterling Sound NYC, plus "Above Y'all", "Call of the Wild featuring YB Prod Lyda, "End of Days (Interlude)", "The Quiet Things" and "Get it Now" feat Frank Kush. He also previously released his debut, the critically acclaimed "The Blueshift EP", in 2012

Lyda, who was born Ryan Mielke in Oyster Bay, NY has always had music in his soul and a desire to be the best. He began recording and writing music at age 13, becoming proficient in pro tools and mixing techniques by age 15. He also taught himself three musical instruments (guitar, bass and drums) before spitting his first verse at age 16. At age 18 he left Long Island on a mission and has never looked back. He graduated from the highly accredited Full Sail University in 2012 with a Bachelors Degree in Recording Arts and moved to Hollywood California, where he began recording and producing for local artists in LA while at the same time writing and creating his own lyrics and music and building his empire one song and one artist at a time.
