Recently, REPUBLIC RECORDS has yielded numerous #1 singles and albums. The
Weeknd 's sophomore set Kiss Land [ XO / Republic Records ] landed at #1 on Billboard 's Top R&B Albums Chart, while Pure Heroine bowed at #1 on Billboard 's Top Rock Albums Chart and The Avett Brothers' Magpie and the Dandelion [ American / Republic Records ] entered at #1 on Billboard 's Top Folk Albums Chart.
