Latin Grammy Nominee Julieta Venegas, Confirms Her Performance At The "2013 Latin Recording Academy Person Of The Year" Honoring Miguel Bose
Los Angeles, CA (Top40 Charts/ ER:M+M) After having been nominated this year for the Latin Grammy Awards with her album "Los Momentos", the singer, songwriter and instrumentalist, Julieta Venegas, has confirmed her participation in the "2013 Latin Recording Academy Person Of The Year" event presented by the Latin Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (LARAS), which will pay tribute to the great songwriter and actor Miguel Bosé this year. The Mexican artist has collaborated with the famous Spanish artist by singing the song "Morena Mia" together, one of Bosé's greatest hits that has been recorded as a duet for his award-winning album "Papito." Julieta will participate by singing at said tribute together with other famous artists such as Laura Pausini, Draco Rosa, Alejandro Sanz and Carlos Vives, among others. This gala dinner and concert presented each year by the Academyis one of the most prestigious events during the Latin Grammy week and will take place on November 20, at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas.

Julieta Venegas' nomination for the 14th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards with her seventh album "Los Momentos" in the Best Contemporary Pop Vocal Album category was announced just as she was starting a long and successful U.S. tour which concluded at the end of October. The tour earned her excellent reviews from the press that praised the album produced by Yamil Rezc and Julieta herself, as well as her live performances. Throughout her artistic career of almost 20 years and numerous nominations for different awards of great international prestige, the songwriter of big hits, such as "Andar conmigo", "Algo Está Cambiando", "Te Vi" and "Eres Para Mi", among many others, has been awarded 5 Latin Grammys and 1 Grammy for her last 4 albums. It is estimated that over 10 million of her records have been sold worldwide, and she has collaborated with tenths of great and renowned artists.

Julieta Venegas is currently performing at several festivals in Mexico and will be in concert in Venezuela on November 15. Simultaneously to her upcoming shows, Julieta is finishing writing the songs for an animated movie that will be released in Mexico in 2014.
