New York, NY (Top40 Charts / Live 4 The Give) Music's hottest artists will take the stage at New York City's Carnegie Hall on Monday, Dec. 2 at 9 p.m. for the inaugural Live 4 The Give™ Holiday Benefit Concert to raise money for family-focused nonprofit organizations. Fans will have the chance to attend using a unique mobile voting and pledging charitable giving initiative.

Award-winning recording artist NE-YO will take the stage , with special guest appearances by
Jennifer Hudson AND
Sheryl Crow , and make musical history through a first-of-its-kind fundraising event, powered by social media, to support disadvantaged youth and families in need during the holiday giving season. Funds raised through Live 4 The Give ( www.Live4theGive.org ) will benefit three nonprofits supporting disadvantaged youth and families in need: Youth, I.N.C. , The Compound Foundation , and Win , as well as Carnegie Hall, a non-profit that serves a wide range of people in need through its Musical Connections program.

Digital Donating
Fans will have the chance to attend the show through Live 4 The Give's unique digital giving campaign. Beginning this month, by texting "L4TG" to 41444, fans have the chance to win tickets to the concert along with an exclusive Live 4 the Give digital "Gift Bag":
For a pledge of $20 , fans will have the chance to win two (2) Preferred Seats, two (2) L4TG song downloads from current artists and an official digitally signed event photo.
A pledge of $30 will offer fans the chance of winning two (2) Premium Seats, as well as the song downloads from current artists and an official digitally signed event photo.
Donations of $40 will have the chance to win two (2) VIP Seats at the concert, as well as song downloads from current artists and an official digitally signed event photo.
