David Broza's New Steve Earle-Produced Album Available For Pre-Order!
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) On January 14, 2014, Israeli singer, songwriter, and activist David Broza will release a new album, East Jerusalem/West Jerusalem (S-Curve Records), produced by Grammy award-winners Steve Greenberg and Steve Earle.

For years, David Broza had a vision to record an album in East Jerusalam with musicians from both Palestine and Israel. In early 2013, Broza and Earle gathered a first-rate ensemble of international talent for eight days and nights to record the 14 tracks that comprise East Jerusalem/West Jerusalem.

Featured on the album are Israeli musicians Gadi Seri and Yossi Sassi, Haitian-American Grammy-winner Wyclef Jean, Arab-Israeli singer Mira Awad, and Palestinian hip-hop duo G-Town, who hail from the Shuafat refugee camp.

The album is now available for pre-order (https://bit.ly/1ihdZwZ), and the album's first single "(What's So Funny 'Bout) Peace, Love, And Understanding" is on sale here (https://bit.ly/1ihebfy).

USA Today premiered the video for the single, which you can view here: https://usat.ly/1gQw82U

Mira Surachov of Haaertz featured the album in her column and said "The album brings Broza squarely back to his roots as a peace activist, and continue to connect listeners to the diverse, multi-lingual and layered sound that his listeners have come to expect."

David Broza is slated to play NPR's Mountain Stage at the Culture Center Theater in Charleston, WV on January 19, 2014 alongside Bettye LaVette, Matrimony, and Declan O'Rourke.
