Australia's MTNS Release Video For "Salvage"

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA (Top40 Charts/ SGC MEDIA) With "Lost Track Of Time" starting to make appearances in best of 2013 lists, MTNS have followed up the release of their debut EP Salvage by releasing a video clip for title track "Salvage".

With such ambient and relaxing sounds, it's nearly impossible to picture Brisbane band MTNS arriving on the scene as boldly as they have. Releasing their first track 'Lost Track Of Time' to the world in early July, it quickly garnered almost 40,000 plays on Soundcloud, and held reign of the #1 spot on taste-maker chart Indie Shuffle's "Most Popular" list, as well as #3 most popular post on US music news site Earmilk. Following the unexpected online success of the single, Australian radio quickly followed suit with national youth network triple j adding the track to their rotation.

Shortly after, MTNS were selected by triple j to play one of two opening slots at Australia's biggest internationally-renowned music conference and showcase BIGSOUND. As their name spread, MTNS started picking up support slots from the likes of Wolf And Cub, Andy Bull, Pigeon, and Tigertown - taking them across the country several times. Having only played a handful of live concerts, MTNS once again surprised audiences with their unique, captivating and unexpectedly commanding live performance, showcasing their ability to create an expansive hybrid of tones, beats, lyrics, and textures.
