Brooklyn Soul Band Bridge City Hustle Set To Release Self-Titled EP
New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ RAin Dazed Entertainment) Indie Brooklyn soul band, Bridge City Hustle announce they will release their self-titled EP in early 2014. Recorded and self-produced at Flux Studios in NYC, "Bridge City Hustle EP" features an eclectic mix of soulful tunes including their latest single, "Too Good For Me".

The first single from the EP, "I Wanna Love Ya" will be featured on the original motion picture soundtrack to the High Road Media feature film, "The Hornet's Nest".

Flash back slightly over a year ago to Brooklyn, New York where the paths of four musicians from NYC happened to cross and eventually form into this sonic explosion of soulful collaboration that is BRIDGE CITY HUSTLE. This four piece band is made up of musicians who don't just play music but, live it. All four members have an incredible level of experience and dedication to their craft.

Bridge City Hustle brings together a unique blend of soul mixed with a dash of funky rock to send this sonic goodness to your ear drums. The band members are no strangers to the music scene being made up of Johnny Burgos (vocals) Pete O'Neill (bass) David Zerio (percussion) and Dan Cherouny (horns).

All have extensive backgrounds in the music industry collectively playing with a wide variety of some of the most respected people in the industry including; Andre Martinez, Mobb Deep, M.O.P., Gary Thomas, Victor Wooten and Chuck Rainey.

Flux Studios is the home base where these four musicians honed the sound you'll hear on the Bridge City Hustle EP and their breakout single "Too Good For Me" which the band describes as follows, "Our sophomore single, "Too Good For Me" is a funky, up-beat, break-up song about ending a relationship after realizing you can't reciprocate the love your significant other has for you."

The band is picking up a tremendous amount of attention in the NYC area and truly foreshadowing their appeal across the rest of the country. "The Bridge City Hustle EP" looks to solidify the bands unique soulful sound with a universally appealing reach.

"The Bridge City Hustle E.P. Is a breath of nostalgic fresh air with sounds paying homage to the soul music greats while still maintaining a very hip and contemporary aesthetic", the band explains adding, "It takes you on a short but in depth journey of love. Love of oneself, of one another, the world we live in and of course music."

Bridge City Hustle is currently taking booking and/or interview requests in anticipation of the new album.
