Grammy Award Winner Jonny Lang And Blues Traveler's John Popper To Headline Second Annual Blues Fantasy Camp
New York, NY (Top40 Charts / Rock and Roll Fantasy Camp) Rock 'n' Roll Fantasy Camp is hosting its second annual Blues edition of the popular camp on April 10-13, 2014 in Las Vegas ! Blues virtuosos Jonny Lang , Ana Popovic , Eric Gales , and Walter Trout will be joined by the returning John Popper of Blues Traveler for this four day Fantasy Camp.

With five albums that charted on the top 50 of the Billboard 200 chart and Grammy award for his album, Turn Around, Jonny Lang is one of the most recognizable names in Blues today. At age 13, Jonny's voice was compared to that of a 40-year-old blues veteran and the wide vibratos on his guitar solos have set his apart from the rest. Ana Popovic is an Award-winning, hard-touring, guitar slinger who blends smoking electric funk and slide guitar, jazzy instrumentals and a tight blues groove with soulful, feminine vocals like no one else in the Blues business. Eric Gales has recorded ten albums on major record labels, and has done session and tribute work. Eric has developed a unique hybrid blues/rock sound that also draws upon influences as diverse as Albert King and Eric Johnson . Walter Trout tours world wide playing his special brand of guitar based blues-rock. After years as a side man with John Mayall , the Bluesbreakers and Canned Heat Walter has enjoyed playing his emotional brand of fired-up, hardcore guitar heavy music, writing and recording his own songs for over 20 years as a solo artist. Founding member of Blues Traveler, John Popper , heads back to camp for the second time to jam on harmonica with the campers and show them that blues soul. Keyboardist for Eric Clapton's Blues/Rock band Derek and the Dominos , Bobby Whitlock will be joining the session with CoCo Carmel to give campers insight on how he came to write hits like, "Tell the Truth," "Why Does Love Got to Be so Sad?" and so many more.

This four-day camp session invites blues lovers to follow the progression of the genre that started as a soulful play on the harmonica and slowly transformed into a melange of a sound influenced by Credence Clearwater Revival, The Doors and The Rolling Stones. As with every Rock 'n' Roll Fantasy Camp, this special assembly offers the rare chance to jam out to any type of southern rock and blues music, pay homage to the classics and star in your own band.

Rock star counselors participating in this thrilling camp include Gary Hoey , Denny Seiwell (WINGS), Teddy Andreadis (Guns 'n' Roses) and so many more. This once-in-a-lifetime experience provides the rare opportunity for anyone passionate about the blues to explore their own inner talent with the help and direction of musicians they've always admired.

You'll spend four days rehearsing with the band, jamming with over legendary rock stars, professionally recording your very own song and performing live on the Crossroads Stage at the House of Blues inside the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. And before you can say "guitar solo", you will be singing the blues and wanting more. Space is limited so sign up now at www.rockcamp.com or call Beth at 888-762-2263 ext. 05
