New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Flowerglass official website) Flowerglass was formed in March 2012, when Scarlet Moreno and Trevor Smith decided to record their first EP, "Flowerglass Presents: The Lions," in a matter of 3 days in a studio in Springfield, MO. Scarlet and Trevor had written the songs in separate states. Scarlet was in New York City and Trevor was living in the Ozarks. They wrote all the songs over the phone using voice memos and texts. After Scarlet graduated from NYU, they headed West.

Their current album "Flowerglass Presents: Ursulines," was recorded in January 2013 and released the music video "Spirt," which was directed and shot by Kate Arizmendi. Although the lyrics have absolutely nothing to do with the story, the video became more of a fun and not too serious project. "Spirit" is not just a music video, rather a short film, which takes places at a home with a father and daughter. Four young gentlemen enter the home and as the father prepares a meal, the gentleman experience paranormal activities induced by the girl up stairs. The video becomes a fun song touching on human emotion, and while the song lyrics have nothing to do with the story line, it fits the theme.
