New York, NY (Top40 Charts) The president of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and actor Chris Hemsworth announce nominees in the major categories for the 87th annual Academy Awards, to be held March 2 in Los Angeles. After the Golden Globes that were held recently, it's time for the biggest awards in Hollywood-the Oscars. This year, the big contenders include some great films like American Hustle , The Wolf of Wall Street, 12 Years a Slave, Dallas Buyers Club and Gravity , some of which have won major awards at the Globes.
