TaQuita Thorns was born with the natural charisma it takes to be a star. She was singing at family events at a young age, was the lead vocalist of her schools concert choir, became the captain of a dance company and represented some of the best dancers from Detroit's high schools. She went on to study music as well as dance at Wayne
State University. TaQuita auditioned and was casted in P. Diddy's MTV Making the Band III, where she became a viewer favorite, mesmerizing people with her lively energy and natural talent. She went on to have her own spin off TV series on MTV, The TaQuita & Kaui Show.
