Xander Demos Band Ready To Rock Illinois With Kevin Chalfant's Journey Experience
New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ MTS Management Group) MTS Management Group is happy to announce Xander Demos Band (XDB) will be on the bill with Rex Carroll Band (White Cross, King James) opening for Kevin Chalfant's Journey Experience. The show will take place on February 15, 2014 at Goodfella's Pub in Pekin, Illinois, located at 1414 N. 8th Street, Pekin, IL 61554. Tickets are $15 in advance at https://www.tickettailor.com/checkout/view-event/id/12679/chk/be41, and $20 at the door. For more information, call (309)478-1090. Goodfella's is the site of this fall's Rock 'N' Skull festival, at which XDB is scheduled to perform, along with Faster Pussycat, Danger Danger, Eric Martin (Mr. Big), Babylon AD and more.

Kevin Chalfant's Journey Experience features Kevin Chalfant, and features all of the lights, sounds and Journey-esque atmosphere associated with what you expect from a show called the Journey Experience. This is not a cover band but a very talented singer who actually shared the stage with Journey, replacing Steve Perry for a time. He performs all the hits that made Journey famous; one fabulous hit after another. Kevin was also the lead singer for the band The Storm, whose song "I've Got A Lot To Learn About Love" was one of the most frequently aired rock radio hits of 1992 and 1993.

The Megaforce album (and subsequent movie soundtrack single) screamed up the Billboard charts and landed the group a Top 20 single. Chalfant and 707 toured with all of the top touring acts including REO Speedwagon, Rainbow, Scorpions, Ted Nugent, Loverboy and many others. Chalfant would later enjoy top 10 success with his band The Storm. After a hiatus from music in the mid-90s, he has remained active in solo and group projects, and has stepped in as temporary lead vocalist for Journey (1994) and The Alan Parsons Live Project (2003). Chalfant has been an added attraction to the Gregg Rolie live show in recent years, as well as a valued participant of Jim Peterik's World Stage, and most recently with The Voices of Rock Radio. https://www.facebook.com/kevinchalfant

Xander Demos is a shred-metal guitarist who has performed with James Rivera (Helstar, Malice) and Sabbath Judas Sabbath, as well as his band, XDB. Xander has recorded with Ged Ryland's Rage of Angels, Modern Superstar, Liberty 'N' Justice and others. Xander was recently named Iron City Rocks Pittsburgh Music Awards' Best Guitarist, while his bandmates swept the individual instrument categories, and were honored with Best Prog Band and Best Song awards. https://www.xanderdemos.com
