2014 BRIT Awards Full Winners List
LONDON, UK (Top40 Charts) The 2014 BRIT Awards went down once again at London's O2 Arena, with James Corden offering his wry, witty commentary as host. The big winners of the night were pop-rockers Arctic Monkeys , who took home statues for British Group and Album Of The Year, and boy band One Direction , who nabbed the Video Of The Year and Global Success awards.

Other big wins included David Bowie, for British Male Solo Artist, Ellie Goulding for British Female Solo Artist and Rudimental , whose Ella Eyre collaboration "Waiting All Night" snagged British Single. Artists outside of the UK who won include Lorde , Bruno Mars and Grammy darlings Daft Punk .

According to Guardian, the Brit Awards pulled in their lowest audience for a live broadcast of the show with nearly two million fewer viewers than last year, despite featuring global stars such as Beyonce and Katy Perry. The show, screened by ITV, had an average of 4.6 million tuning in to see acts such as One Direction and Arctic Monkeys winning awards.
The figures matched those for 2006 when the show suffered a ratings collapse, but that year was also a pre-recorded programme. It has been broadcast live since 2007 in an attempt to boost audiences.

Following is the full list of winners at this year's BRITs.
