Phoenix started gaining exposure after he followed up with a music video that began a chain reaction when he released chapter cliffhangers in the form of videos for each song that would all inner twine! In 2013, just a few months after the release of Chapter 1,
Phoenix featured in his father, Matt Heart's single "I'm in Love", which was later put into the series as Chapter 2! Then came Chapter 3 "
Airplane" later in the same year, which would wrap up Season 1. He started raising his profile as he was being featured on other artists tracks, releasing Mixtapes, and writing lyrics for other artist songs. He was then awarded with a Certificate of Recognition from the mayor of his hometown.
