New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Louts Records) Electronica/Dance recording artist Cheryl Reid announced her new EDM single "Move Your Sexy Body" and it's slated to be released on March 11, 2014. "Move Your Sexy Body" was written and produced by the critically acclaimed Wirilie Morris, the producer behind R&B artist Charlie Wilson's two Grammy nominated #1 hits and a frequent collaborator of Cheryl and her label Louts Records. This comes after a follow up to her recent success on the R&B Billboard charts.

With "Move Your Sexy Body," Cheryl has created a fun and poppy track that is easy to dance to and a music video is on the way. But the energetic beat isn't the only thing that drives the song. Her vocals bear a resemblance to the Pop sensation Demi Lovato, giving it even more Pop appeal and clout. Cheryl uses the song, which caters to society's intrigue with sexuality, as a way to inspire women of all ages, races, abilities, shapes, and sizes to release that fierce, sexy being inside them. "There's nothing more beautiful than a woman who discovers, explores, embraces and maintains her sensuality and having the courage to be who she is," remarked Cheryl. "Knowing that your only limits, boundaries, or expiration dates are those that you set for yourself."

Cheryl reinforces her message when she was quoted saying "Many people out there can sing if they would drop their inhibitions. I've enjoyed singing since I was a child, singing in the living room to a hairbrush. This project is bigger than being a singer. I want to be an inspiration. I've performed as a TV/theatre actress, TV host, and a beauty pageant contestant. I gave my best and loved it all. I remind myself constantly that there are people from all walks of life watching me, admiring me, mimicking me, being inspired by me. I have to win for them."

Producer Wirilie Morris has been instrumental in Cheryl's discovery of her gifts and has helped release her music to the world. After recording the song "Move Your Sexy Body" Wirilie knew that he and Cheryl had created a great record. There was instant chemistry in the studio and working out the track energized the process; the single is definitely worth listening to. What's even more engaging is the meaning behind the inspirational song, breaking all the rules when it comes to defining women and help inspire women all over the world.

Aside from being a promising songstress, the Los Angeles-based Cheryl is also the owner of the independent record label company Lotus Records, whose mission is to help develop and promote exceptional talent, and help them make their dreams come alive. Exclusively distributed by Universal Music Group Distribution, Lotus Records specializes in R&B, Soul, Hip Hop, and Pop music. With the help of her star producer Wirlie Morris and her talented roster including chart topper Carmen Liana, Lotus Records is a means for Cheryl to have her creativity unleashed and continue her path to success on the Billboard Charts.
