Lana Del Rey Venue Changes Due To High Demand
New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Shore Fire Media) Due to overwhelming demand for tickets, Lana Del Rey's April 25 concert at New Orleans' 3,000-capacity venue Sugar Mill has moved to the 7,500-capacity Champions Square. All tickets purchased for Sugar Mill will be valid for Champions Square. Tickets to the new venue go on-sale March 28 via Ticketmaster.com. Dallas' Verizon Theatre at Grand Prairie increased capacity for Lana's April 23 concert the day it went on sale and full capacity sold out immediately. More dates will soon be announced.

On Friday March 14, all 16 announced Lana Del Rey shows sold out in minutes. Where possible, the shows featured paperless ticketing or forced will call to better serve fans and curb scalping. As a result the dates where this was possible have a much lower number of tickets appearing on secondary ticketing sites (please allow extra time on arrival to collect tickets for these shows).

In multiple cities her sales set records with promoters calling it "monumental" (in Red Rocks), "exceptional" (in Montreal), and "incredible" (in Nashville).

Adam Cohen, VP Booking at Live Nation S.E., said of the Atlanta show: "Hottest ticket in town does not begin to describe the demand" and Jason Rio of Live Nation in Chicago said, "This is going to be one of those nights people will be talking about for years to come." John Innamorato, Talent Buyer of Live Nation in Boston, said, "If there was any doubt that Lana Del Rey could top her lauded 2013, one needs only to look at what happened last Friday! Our date at House of Blues Boston sold out in minutes and the buzz surrounding the on sale has yet to die down."
