Darren Aronofsky's Film "Noah" Out Now; Features Clint Mansell Score Performed By Kronos Quartet

New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Darren Aronofsky's new film, Noah, from Paramount Pictures and Regency Enterprises, opens in theaters and IMAX across North America and elsewhere today, with additional UK and European theaters to come next week. Russell Crowe stars as Noah in the film inspired by the epic story of courage, sacrifice, and hope. The cast stars Jennifer Connelly, Ray Winstone, Emma Watson, Logan Lerman, and Anthony Hopkins. Noah was written by Darren Aronofsky and Ari Handel and produced by Scott Franklin, Darren Aronofsky, Mary Parent, and Arnon Milchan.

The Noah soundtrack, featuring a score by composer Clint Mansell, is available on iTunes and in the Nonesuch Store. The score is performed by Kronos Quartet, joined by Patti Smith for her song "Mercy Is" (co-written by Lenny Kaye). An orchestra and choir are led by Matt Dunkley, who was also the principal orchestrator and arranger.
