Jackson Browne Announces Solo Acoustic Summer 2014 Tour
Los Angeles, CA (Top40 Charts/ Jackson Browne official website) Singer-Songwriter Jackson Browne announces a solo acoustic tour this July and August.  Playing guitar and piano, Jackson will perform songs from his entire body of work, with varying set lists each night.  Advance ticket details are available at www.jacksonbrowne.com.

2014 will also see two new Jackson Browne releases. To celebrate the 40th anniversary of Late For The Sky, originally released in September 1974, the album has been re-mastered and will be released later this year on 180gram vinyl (standard 33 1/3 RPM), all digital platforms, and also, on CD in a new eco-digipak in a partnership between Rhino Records and Inside Recordings. Also, this fall, Jackson will release a new studio album, the thirteenth of his career.

Jackson Browne has written and performed some of the most literate and moving songs in popular music and has defined a genre of songwriting charged with honesty, emotion and personal politics. He was honored with induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2004, and the Songwriter's Hall of Fame in 2007. Beyond his music, he is known for his advocacy on behalf of the environment, human rights, and arts education. He's a co-founder of the groups Musicians United for Safe Energy (MUSE) and Nukefree.org.
