New York, NY (Top40 Charts) The songwriter and performer of hip hop known as Swiggamortis has released his latest official single, "Hard to Handle." The track is the first Swiggamortis single to be globally distributed and may be viewed as a debut release in that respect. Swiggamortis is currently signed to the Riitazblock Management music label.
Swiggamortis is the professional name of
Milton Thompkins. He cites as main artistic influences such legends of the mic as Nas, Big Daddy Kane, Kool G Rap, and KRS One. Naturally, many traits and nuances of these musicians can be heard in Swiggamortis' own material, and especially on his present offering to the urban music underground, "Hard to Handle."
Swiggamortis got his start in music in high school, where one of his chief intellectual pursuits was, in his own words, "being a student of hip hop."
