ONTARIO, CANADA (Top40 Charts/ Asher Media) On the road for their 'CANADA SLAYS TOUR' in promotion of their latest release 'Tales', heavy metal brewers TRIBUNE have posted a new tour blog from their experience in Grande Prairie, AB and Edmonton, AB at the following link below. The tour kicked off in Kelowna, BC on April 3rd and has the band trekking as far East as Montreal, QC (April 19) to return West for the wrap up the tour in Nanaimo, BC on May 3rd.
This is Tribune's second cross Canada Tour since 2012, when they toured across the US and Canada in support of their previous release 'Elder Lore/ The Dark Arts'.
Their concept album 'Tales' was released October 2013 via their indie label Corpse Corrosion
Music and was inspired entirely by literature featuring a wide array of influences from Homer to Mary
Shelley to H.P. Lovecraft, to more extreme musical influences such as Carcass, Death and At The Gates. The band's appetite for more melodic and more brutally heavy sounds to follow-up 2011's Elder Lore/The Dark Arts is demonstrated with their collusion of extremity and accessibility that bleeds into the melting pot and their fresh take of progressive death metal.
