15 Years Of Music For Lori-Ann McGrath & Curtis Harnanan
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) As Thanksgiving Day approaches in Canada, Christian music duo, Lori-Ann & Curtis have reason to be extra thankful this year as they celebrate the 15th anniversary of their musical partnership.

The wife and husband team, Lori-Ann McGrath and Curtis Harnanan, first met and sang together at church during Fall 2001. Over the years, they have sung with a variety of groups, community choirs and smaller ensembles not only in Canada, but also in New York and Trinidad. They began to record together in 2003, under their independent label - P&B Productions (Kanata) and have since been actively writing, performing and producing their unique blend of music.

While their music has often been labelled as "Christian Rock" or "Contemporary Christian", Lori-Ann & Curtis have weaved elements of various genres into their repertoire including: blues, reggae, folk, pop, soca, calypso, parang, classic rock and jazz.

According to Curtis,"Our music has always had two primary purposes. First and foremost we make music for God who is our constant source of inspiration. Secondly we want to provide music with positive messages of love, hope, forgiveness and peace to the world. It's true that the music is often seen as 'Christian music', but it is simply a part of who we are and naturally influences our lyrical choices, in as much as a variety of styles and artists influence our musical arrangements. We do not release music with the overt intent for it to be religious per se, but rather we hope that the common messages may be enjoyed by anyone despite their religious affiliation or beliefs."

How are they celebrating this milestone? With some new music of course!
Over the next few weeks, Lori-Ann & Curtis will be releasing their new single Yeah You! as part of this anniversary celebration.

Penned in 2013, this new cut is finally seeing the light of day. While a demo recording was made at that time, the duo was not completely satisfied with the result and it was shelved until now. The original song has seen some lyrical changes and its arrangement has been re-worked to incorporate a distinctive mid-1970s classic rock vibe.

Lori-Ann & Curtis' have previously released several singles and albums including: One More Chance, Let There Be Light! , Lift Your Hands Up to the Sky, Our Prayer, Wisdom of Ages, Jackson Steam Engine Blues, Perspectives, and Savouring the Joy. They also have a number of seasonal releases, including a triple-album for Easter - Praise Him and two original Christmas songs - Ring the Bells! and Forest of Hope.

So what's in the road ahead for Lori-Ann & Curtis?
"We are excited for the future and many more years of music. We hope to heal the world one song at a time."
