Philadelphia's Ska/Reggae/Punk Band Eastern Function Preparing To Drop New Album

New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Philadelphia, PA Eastern Function has been around for a few years and released an EP in 2016 entitled "Jawn". It's was a pretty impressive CD under the circumstances by which it was recorded. Now in 2019, the band decided to up its game by bringing on famed record producer/musician Casey Cavaliere, guitarist for the highly successful pop-punk act, The Wonder Years. Cavaliere is a highly regarded musician, songwriter, and music producer, and he has assumed the helm of the new recording titled "Medicine". He is accelerating Eastern Function's sound to a whole new level.

Recorded at the state of the art studio, True Level Studio in Blackwood New Jersey, the facility owned and operated by Cavaliere and his extremely talented partners, creates a sound nothing short of a sonic miracle. Together, the team at True level and the creative musicianship of Eastern Function is in the process of putting together one bombastic album. "Medicine" is sure to climb the charts fast and rock the world of every reggae/ska/punk fan around that music scene.

If all goes well, and on schedule, the new album is earmarked to hit the streets in September of this year. The release of the new album will be followed by a national tour in the fall.
