Post Malone Reassures Fans About His Health
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Rapper Post Malone addressed the current speculation about his health and tried to calm concerns regarding his odd behavior in recent videos.

Several videos that recently went viral show Post Malone slurring, stumbling on the stage, struggling to pick up a microphone, and rolling his eyes all the way back during his concerts. It has fueled speculation that the rapper may be suffering from issues with substance abuse, and that his health could be affected.

However during a concert at the FedExForum in Memphis, Tennessee as part of his "Runaway Tour" the rapper directly addressed the crowd to clear the air and denied that he had any issues involving drugs, he stated that, "I'm not on drugs! I feel the best I've ever fucking felt in my life."

Post Malone then went on to explain that the content of the videos were all part of the show. "And that's why I can bust my ass for these shows and fucking fall on the floor and do all that fun shit. But for anyone that's concerned here, I appreciate the love and the support, but I feel fucking fantastic and I'm not doing drugs."

Although Post Malone has never had a track record of any serious drug problems in the past, the rapper has admitted to smoking marijuana prior to this. However according to him he quit the habit after suffering from an anxiety attack because of it.

In his own words during an interview with GQ that was published this month, Post Malone claimed that he now consumes 'nothing stronger than alcohol'.

The reaction to his odd behavior have yet to die down however, and many fans are still actively expressing their concern on social media. It is somewhat understandable, especially on the heels of the recent deaths of rappers such as Mac Miller, Juice WRLD and Lil Peep that were caused by drug overdoses.

Fans appear to be split in terms of their opinions. Many have taken the stand that the videos show what is more or less 'normal behavior' for the rapper, whereas others feel that it is not and suggests a deeper issue.

Overall most fans appear to be concerned that the rapper may be using drugs to deal with his anxiety issues, and that they could be taking a toll on his health. On his part, Post Malone has acknowledged that he does struggle with his mental health especially in terms of his self-confidence, and that his tattoos are part of his method to cope with it.

However at the same time he has also denied that he uses drugs as a coping mechanism.

Although there was some speculation as to whether Post Malone would continue with his "Runaway Tour", there has been no announcement of any changes to the current concert dates. The tour is scheduled to stretch all the way to July, and will include several more stops in the United States as well as in Europe.

The current tour is for his third album, "Hearts Bleeding" that debuted at number one on the Billboard 200. It is yet another huge achievement for the rapper who made his mark when his debut single "White Iverson" reached one million views in a month and defied all odds.

It is still too early to tell whether or not Post Malone’s statement will be sufficient to stop speculation. From interviews conduct by Betway it looks like many of his fans are still concerned over his well-being and hope for the best.

Alongside Post Malone's clarification, his photographer Adam DeGross published a short statement on Instagram too. Part of it read, "This has been one of the most fun tours we've been on. No one does drugs, no one is going nuts, everything is all good. He legit blew his nose during the space ghost Bigfoot video, which there's like 40 Minutes more footage of."
