Republic Of Letters To Perform Live At The Museum Of Contemporary Art Of San Diego On August 4
New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Kelleemack PR) After an amazing performance at Milwaukee's Summerfest and appearance in Chicago, Republic of Letters are back home and ready to promote their two San Diego Music Awards Nominations for "Best Alternative Band" and "Best Alternative Album."

Their sound is a clash of radio ready Brit pop-rock and atmospheric indie rock, which could easily be comparable to the sounds of Snow Patrol, White Lies, Editors, and Coldplay. They've steadily gained momentum since their first two EP's, Spirit or a Ghost (2007) and Painted Hour (2010). Locally they're in regular radio rotation on 91X, FM 94/9, KPRI 102.1 and Sophie 103.7. They've been featured on over 150 college radio stations and have opened for major touring artists including: The Duke Spirit (UK), British Sea Power, We Are Scientists, Awolnation, The Coronas (Ireland), Air Traffic (UK), Unwritten Law and Hot Water Music, to name a few.

STORIES is considered REPUBLIC OF LETTERS' best effort to date. For a full stream of the album and to listen for yourself, please visit: www.kelleemackpr.com/republicofletters/stories/stream.
