New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Over the weekend, Scarypoolparty - the multi-faceted singer/songwriter, producer, ace multi-instrumentalist and "musical savant" (Ones To Watch) - returned to Lollapalooza, the same stage that launched his banner 2019.

Amassing some 10 million streams on his debut Exit Form and paired with "a rare gift for musicality that stops you dead in your tracks" (Ones To Watch), 2020 was poised to be a breakout year for this unstoppable creative. January saw Scarypoolparty make his national TV debut on Jimmy Kimmel Live! and scheduled to play nearly every major festival, including Hangout Fest, Bonnaroo, Kaboo, Outside Lands and MadCool (to name a few) -- a monumental undertaking for this 26-year-old who was washing dishes and busking around LA just one year earlier. But then everything came to a sudden halt.

After selling out both of his 2019 tours, Scarypoolparty started writing again and performing via live streams with partners ranging from Bandsintown to Sofar Soundsraising money for timely causes including ACLU, Musicares, GRAMMY Foundation and others.

While quaranting at his Los Angeles home, Scarypoolparty spent a lot of time soul-searching, telling Billboard: "There's a lot of self-reflection happening within my own life to figure out what I need to be focused on and how to help my community better and help my friends and family and to check up on people that I love. I think this time is really interesting for that because it's taking a lot of us to really analyze what's going on and to understand that we're all here for each other. We're taking big steps in our lives to understand that we need to stand up for what we believe."

New avenues of renewed creative expression opened for Scarypoolparty: he expanded his altruistic objective by penning songs for his friends and his highly-anticipated follow-up EP release DOOM HOLOGRAM (coming in September) that he promises will be very experimental.

In the coming weeks, Scarypoolparty will host the inaugural OnesToWatch World Wide Wednesday on Live Nation's Live From Homeseries, plus featured performances the GRAMMY Museum and MelodyVR, an app that provides live music in virtual reality.
