Friends on Fire set a new standard for the way music was released. Having blown up so quickly that Myspace took down the band's breakout hit, a cover of
Soulja Boy's "Crank That," multiple times, ISMFOF proved they were a force to be reckoned with.
The band announced earlier this year that they would be hitting the road in honor of their debut record, "You Can't Spell Slaughter Without Laughter," and fans were ecstatic to hear the album would be played in its entirety. The run featured numerous sold out shows and the energy was infectious. Guitarist Nate Blasdell shared, "We couldn't have asked for a better way to kick off the year of touring as a lot of the dates sold out and were filled with fans both old and new."
I Set My
Friends on Fire is stoked to announce they will be heading out on a 34 date second leg of the tour this summer. This run features support from 7 Minutes in Heaven, Annieisokay (U.S dates only) and The Funeral Portrait (Canadian dates only). ISMFOF is excited to share the stage with this lineup as Blasdell explained, "We get to bring out bands we're fans of and share this experience with them. We're so excited to bring this package to some of our favorite cities."
