Amy Alida's Debut Single "Pretty Bad" Makes #1 On DRT Top 50 R&B/Hip-Hop
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) With the release of her debut single "Pretty Bad" from her upcoming EP release, "The Wanted", Amy Alida finally gets to show off her vocal power and dynamic style to the music world. Amy explains her single as a double entendre that evokes women empowerment and erotic desire.
The single "Pretty Bad" charted #1 on the DRT Top 50 R&B/Hip-hop Digital Radio Charts for 8 weeks, and the song has currently peaked at number #5 on the DRT Independent Hot 100 chart. Produced by Platinum producers G!NXGbanga & DJ Pain 1, whose credits combined includes; Mariah Carey, Lloyd Banks, Avant, Kevin Cossom, Young Jeezy, 50 Cent, and Schoolboy Q. Amy has definitely found the right sound that will catapult her to the next level in the industry.

Amy Alida Collabs with Pretty Boy Hefner & DMC.
Darryl "DMC" McDaniels of the legendary hip-hop trio Run-DMC ("It's Tricky," "Walk This Way") was in Madison, WI October 25, 2014 to shoot a video with New Rap Phenom "Pretty Boy Hefner" and R&B Sensation Amy Alida who contributed vocals for the Hook.
The song is called "What It Feels Like," an upbeat anthem mixing the perspectives of a rookie and a veteran in the music industry. Pretty Boy Hefner and Amy Alida (who are both managed by Unidec Entertainment Group) recorded their parts at a Madison recording studio, while DMC sent his portion via email. The track for "What It Feels Like" will be released early this year on Pretty Boy Hefner's upcoming project, and the young rapper also hopes to license the song for video games or sporting events to further his career.
