Beyonce Named Most Defining Music Artist Of 2010s
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Beyonce has been named the most defining artist of the last five years by Billboard. The singer was given the title by Billboard as they looked at the musicians who have made the most impact since 2010.
The cite Beyoncé's achievements - such as her Super Bowl performance in 2013 and her surprise 2013 album - as the greatest.

Billboard adds:"Nobody's perfect, but Beyoncé is just about as flawless as they come - and in the 2010s, the rest of the music world was simply trying (and failing) to keep up with her."

Kanye West ranked second on the list, followed by Adele, Taylor Swift and Drake, who round out the top five, respectively.
Others making the top 10 include Lady Gaga, Nicki Minaj and this year's Super Bowl headliner Katy Perry.
