British Electronic Act Clean Bandit Partner With Spotify To Present First Ever U.S. Live Performances As 'Rather Be (Ft. Jess Glynne)' Explodes Across America
New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Big Beat/Atlantic Records) British Electronic Act Clean Bandit Partner With Spotify To Present First Ever U.S. Live Performances As "Rather Be (Ft. Jess Glynne)" Explodes Across America

Big Beat/Atlantic Records recording group Clean Bandit announces partnership with Spotify to present the dynamic electronic live act's eagerly anticipated first ever North American performances next month: June 17th at Los Angeles' world famous Roxy Theatre via Goldenvoice alongside a sold-out show June 19th at Brooklyn's Music Hall of Williamsburg via The Bowery Presents. Tickets are extremely limited for the Los Angeles show - for complete details, and more on the band, please log on to https://cleanbandit.co.uk.

Clean Bandit and Spotify celebrate their historic partnership with today's exclusive premiere of the three-track EP, RATHER BE REMIXES PT. 2, collecting three fresh remixes of the group's worldwide Spotify chart-topper, "Rather Be (Feat. Jess Glynne)." Listen to the package by logging on Spotify via: https://open.spotify.com/album/0wQrOaGMUMK5N8VnVgfbGA or for posting you can pull the embed via: https://bgbe.at/RatherBe_Spotify.

Among the highlights is the "Cash Cash x Valley Remix," rewired as a surefire festival anthem by label-mates Cash Cash (hailed for their smash, "Take Me Home" ft. Bebe Rexha) and NYC-based electro duo Valley. RATHER BE REMIXES PT. 2 arrives at Beatport and all leading DSPs on May 19th. Additional productions include OVERWERK and Jack LNDN remixes; NEW EYES, Clean Bandit's hugely anticipated debut album, arrives in the US on June 17th.

A Spotify #1 in more than 13 countries worldwide, "Rather Be (Feat. Jess Glynne)" is proving an incomparable blockbuster here in the US. The track is now rapidly ascending the Top 10 of Billboard's Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart, fueled in part by total weekly streams now in excess of one million. What's more, "Rather Be" has earned mainstream media attention as the year's indisputable buzz track, including a recent shout-out on NBC's TODAY where Clean Bandit will make their US television debut on June 19th (check local listings).

"Rather Be (Feat. Jess Glynne)" debuted atop the UK Singles Chart upon its release earlier this year and it remains 2014's fastest selling single thus far, selling more than one million copies in the UK and three million worldwide. The track went on to spend four consecutive weeks at #1 - the first single by a British artist to hold the position that long since Adele's 2011 blockbuster "Someone Like You."

"Rather Be" has since entered the record books as the longest running #1 in the history of the UK's Official Streaming Chart, dominating the top spot for eleven straight weeks and counting. The track's unprecedented success bests previous record holders, each boasting seven weeks at #1. "Rather Be" has shattered a variety of long held records, including the most one-week plays ever at Spotify and the most one-week tags on Shazam.

"Rather Be" has indeed proven a planetary phenomenon, topping Billboard's Euro Digital Songs ranking, as well as dance and pop/top 40 charts in Australia, Belgium, Finland, Ireland, Israel, Luxembourg, Sweden, and the Netherlands. As if all that weren't enough, the single's equally undeniable companion video is quickly approaching a remarkable 50 million individual views at Clean Bandit's official YouTube channel, www.youtube.com/cleanbandit.

Clean Bandit came together in 2008, comprising brothers Jack (bass, keyboards) and Luke Patterson (drums), alongside Grace Chatto (cello) and Neil Amin-Smith (violin). United by a shared passion for fusing diverse forms of music, the Cambridge-based band quickly earned attention for their immediately compelling conglomeration of visionary electronica, deep house, classical, garage, R&B, and more.

NEW EYES sees Clean Bandit pushing the creative envelope even further with their distinctively baroque sonic approach, accompanied by an assortment of new vocal talents, including Stylo G, Javeon, Rae Morris, Eliza Shaddad, Love Ssega (Crystal Fighters), Sharna Bass, Noonie Bao, Kandaka Moore & Nikki Cisyln and alternative hip-hop sensation Lizzo (see attached tracklisting). The album features all of the band's extraordinary hit singles to date - including "A+E," "Mozart's House," and "Dust Clears" - as well as such future faves as "Heart On Fire (Feat. Elisabeth Troy)."
