Brittney Spencer Announces My Stupid Life (The Party That I Almost Missed)
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Brittney Spencer - who The Hollywood Reporter says is "predicted to earn a Grammy nomination for best new artist" - announces My Stupid Life (The Party That I Almost Missed will be out his Friday (9.27). The expanded, Deluxe Edition of her January debut album, My Stupid Life, this collection features six never-before-heard songs. Four of the six new tracks were produced by Daniel Tashian (Kacey Musgraves) with two contributions by Gabe Simon (Noah Kahan, James Bay) and Carrie K (Jessie Murph, John Vincent III), and feature co-writes with Ashley Monroe, Maurice Wade (Ariana Grande), Autumn Rowe (Jon Batiste), Isley Juber (Leon Bridges) and others.

Available now, is the first preview of the new music, "Guitar Lady." "Guitar Lady" fits flawlessly with the 13 original album tracks, which Rolling Stone said was "one of the most convincing country statements in a while." It's a rootsy-pop number that continues Spencer to be a "transformative force" (EBONY).

Spencer continues to have a monumental 2024. In January, her debut album was lauded by Wall Street Journal, NPR, Variety, Top40-Charts, Associated Press, Billboard, Consequence, TIDAL and more. She's landed on some of the year's most sought-after lists, including: Rolling Stone's 'The Best Albums of 2024 So Far,' Grammy.com's 2024 Artists To Watch, Billboard's 5 Country Artists You Should Know, TIDAL's Artists to Watch 2024 and Consequence's 15 Rising Artists to Watch in 2024, to name a few. Spencer was one of the featured vocalists on Beyonce's Cowboy Carter, which recently earned her nominations for two 2024 People's Choice Country Awards. Plus, she's appeared on TODAY, CBS Mornings, The Daily Show, Bravo's Watch What Happens Live and countless others, in addition to making NPR Tiny Desk Concert debut and also appeared on the cover of Pollstar Magazine, where they praised she's "poised to become a global artist."

This Summer, Spencer returned to the Outlaw Country Tour, where she toured with Willie Nelson and Bob Dylan, before a run of headlining European dates. This Fall, Spencer is currently on the road with Marcus King. A complete list of dates is available below.
