Los Angeles, CA (Top40 Charts/ Dick Clark Productions) - dick clark productions (dcp) president, Orly Adelson, announced that for the second year in a row, dcp will stream a live red carpet online pre-show, "Coca-Cola Red Carpet Live! @ the 2010 American Music Awards" on November 21st at 2:00 PM (PT) / 5:00 PM (ET), powered by Ustream. The pre-show will precede the live broadcast of the 2010 "American Music Awards" at the NOKIA Theatre L.A. LIVE (8:00-11:00 p.m. ET/PT) on ABC. The stream will be available on ABC.com, Secretformula.com/amas, Ustream.tv/amas and through a series of embeddable applications on participating media and talent websites including Facebook Fan Pages.

Adelson stated, "Through multiple hosts and various social media platforms, our digital coverage will provide unprecedented access for fan participation, interactively bringing them onto the red carpet."

The red carpet live stream will feature hosts Danny Gokey, Jennette McCurdy, Jenni Pulos, Lance Bass and Whitney Port, returning Coca-Cola Correspondent David Lehre, Stuart Brazell, and three international correspondents Agnes Monica, Christian Chavez, and Ye Liu.

Fans will be able to interact with the hosts through Facebook.com/amas, Twitter by adding @officialamas to their tweets, and via Ustream's chat and social stream. Fan questions for the stars can be submitted at facebook.com/Askdotcom or through the ask.com APP (fans can get the app by texting A P P to 59595).

During the AMA week and after the show, dcp will make a series of VOD content immediately available on ABC.com and leading music video and entertainment service, VEVO, including behind-the-scenes segments, backstage access, producer blogs, artist interviews, recaps and all the red carpet action. The content will later be syndicated to YouTube.com, Blip.TV, Beezag.com and Ustream among other video destinations. Coca-Cola is providing fans exclusive clips and extended scenes available now at SecretFormula.com/amas.

Participating media outlets and talent will be able to use the tools above on their websites and Facebook Fan Pages.

Trendrr will be dick clark productions' analytics tool of choice to help monitor and react to online activity surrounding this year's AMAs. The Los Angeles-based firm, Brand Knew, was tapped to help dcp enhance the fan impact on social media through its suite of proprietary technologies.
