OSLO, NORWAY (Top40 Charts) - The Eurovision Song Contest is Europe's largest television production and the biggest non-sport event a European city can host. Thirty-four countries will participate in the semi-finals of the contest. The semi-final allocation draw took place on 7 February 2010, while the draw for the running order was held on 23 March 2010. The first semi-final will take place in Oslo on 25 May 2010. The ten countries in this semi-final with the highest scoring points, according to a combination of televotes and jury votes from each voting country, will qualify for the final. France, Germany and Spain will vote in this semi-final. All together, it means a full house this year! 1,014 delegation members from the 39 participating countries are in Oslo. 212 of them will appear on stage.
