French Producer/Bassist Fred Falke New EP 'Alpha' & "Radio Days" Video Out Now
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) French musician and producer FRED FALKE today (December 4) releases theALPHA EP, his first new batch of music in more than four years, on Pantheon Musique. With FALKE handling bass, keyboard and programming duties, his ALPHAfour-track EP is an infectious showcase of FALKE's eclecticism.

In conjunction with the EP, FRED FALKE offers the music video to the EP's lead single, "Radio Days." Writing at Thump (December 2), Josh Glazer noted: "Here's the scene: A vintage Oldsmobile tuned in to an oldies FM disc jockey playing 70s disco sounds while driving through the Southern California desert, on the way to a make an underhanded exchange of a briefcase full of mysterious something. No, it's not a Tarantino flick. Instead, it's the video for 'Radio Days, a new track by FrenchmanFRED FALKE, whose recent years spent living in Los Angeles have clearly driven the endless sunshine obsession-already apparent in his decades-old 'french touch' releases-to its logical conclusion on this ode to 'sweet sounds.'"

The "disco-drenched California throwback" of a music video seamlessly awakens the already bliss-filled sound waves of the Chic-filtered, L.A-inspired disco tune, featuring a voiceover from legendary Los Angeles radio DJ 'Shotgun' Tom Kelly. The ALPHAEP also features a gentle sing-along pop number featuring Elohim and Mansions On The Moon, "It's A Memory," dance floor burner "All Of My Love," and a the solid groove machine "Crepuscule" with it's danceable guitar licks courtesy of celebrated guitarist Brent Paschke (Pharrell Williams, Katy Perry).

FALKE, who is now based in Los Angeles, will appear at Output in Brooklyn, NY Wednesday, December 9 in support of ALPHA.

ALPHA EP Tracklisting:
1. Radio Days (ft. "Shotgun" Tom Kelly)
2. It's A Memory (ft. Elohim, Mansions On The Moon)
3. All Of My Love
4. Crepuscule

About FRED FALKE:
In a career that's already spanned 15 years, producer, DJ, remixer andsongwriter FRED FALKE has been at the forefront of electronic music. Growing up inToulouse, France, FALKE initially studied finance before quickly realising he could only dedicate his time to things he was actually passionate about. Almost by accident he fell into music, learning the bass guitar after noticing that most bands seemed to have neglected hiring bassists, and learning the piano after his father and grandfather. FREDenrolled in France's equivalent of the Berkley School of Music to study jazz, moved toHong Kong, and met fellow Frenchman Alan Braxe in a record-shop upon returning to Paris. The pair's classic "Intro," released in 2000 came to define French Touch: a scene that also included the likes of Daft Punk and Cassius. Later, at the behest of production alchemist Brian Higgins, FALKE worked at U.K.-based pop laboratoryXenomania, helping create forward-thinking pop songs for the likes of Ellie Goudlingand Gossip. Running alongside these collaborations have been two solo albums, and a myriad of hugely influential remixes for acts such as Robyn, Lana Del Rey and U2.ALPHA, FRED FALKE's second solo album will be released in 2016.
