J Boog Backyard Boogie World Tour Kicks Off In Europe
Oslo, Norway (Top40 Charts/ Mango Music Management) Polynesian reggae star J Boog has been taking the world by storm this year, touring extensively, releasing two critically acclaimed projects in less than six months, and topping the Billboard Reggae Charts with his new album "Backyard Boogie". Now, J Boog is kicking off his Backyard Boogie World Tour here in Europe, with his first show November 11th in Oslo, Norway.

J Boog's Backyard Boogie World Tour will deliver his unique style of feel good music directly to his growing European fan base. Germany, Sweden, Finland, Switzerland, Austria, Norway, Portugal and Italy are all on the list of countries with scheduled performances during his 20+ date European tour. The singer of Samoan descent arrives in Europe as his latest album, "Backyard Boogie", recently debuted at #1 on the US Billboard Reggae Charts for three consecutive weeks. The album was also #1 on iTunes Reggae Charts, and includes feature performances from Peetah Morgan of Morgan Heritage, Tarrus Riley, Fiji, Spawn Breezie, Jah Maoli, and Jacob Hemphill of SOJA. J Boog's smash hit single, "Let's Do It Again", has been featured on some of the largest rhythmic, urban, & top 40 stations in the world while accumulating over 7 million collective YouTube views.

Since releasing his critically acclaimed debut album "Hear Me Roar" in 2007, J Boog has been touring extensively and performing for audiences all around the world. Earlier this year, he released the self-titled J Boog EP, which peaked at #1 on Amazon Digital Reggae & World Charts, #2 on iTunes Reggae Charts, & #3 on Billboard Reggae Charts. This year, he has made several noteworthy performances in North America and the Pacific, while also making his first trip to Africa as part of "Give Africa Hope", an initiative focused on raising awareness around the dire situation in Eastern Africa. As part of the initiative, J Boog celebrated the release of his album September 27th in Kenya while serving as an Artist Goodwill Ambassador on the ground.

The Wash House Music & Mango Music Management supported artist is currently focused on continuing to expand his audience through live performances and appearances worldwide. "I would like to take this Island music to the mainstream and open new doors for our people because we've got a voice to be heard," J Boog shared in a 2008 interview. By the sound of how things have progressed since then, it's safe to say they have heard his roar indeed.
