Kerrang Radio Names Trivium, Machine Head And Opeth Among Best Album Covers Of 2011!

New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ RoadRunner Records) The UK's Kerrang Radio has come out with a list of the 25 Best Album Covers of 2011, and three Roadrunner titles were represented - with Trivium's In Waves taking the top spot!

The compilers called the In Waves art "bleak, surreal and visually arresting," and said, "it's hard to think of a more powerful sleeve this year."

Machine Head's Unto the Locust came in at #9, and was described as "straight from a horror movie."

Meanwhile, Opeth's Heritage, which took the #25 spot, was called out for being "packed with symbolism."
