Born in Liverpool, he studied, became an engineer, married the love of his life, lived and worked in Preston, Lancashire, brought up his family, watched the TV, listened to the radio, had BBQ�s on sunny weekends, laughed when times were good and cried when times were bad��.
Times were bad when after 37 years of marriage his wife was taken by cancer.

Tim had always dreamt of being a singer. His love of country music and in particular his idols Neil Diamond,
Johnny Cash and Kenny Rogers, was well known amongst his friends and family. In fact, his imitation of
Neil Diamond is so good that at one point he seriously considered becoming a �sound-a-like� artist!

A chance meeting with platinum-selling song writing team,
Rick Guard and Phil Rice, uncovered a common love of great story-telling songs and vocalists�.and Tim had quite a story to tell. At that moment the album that was to become �The
Soundtrack Of Our Lives� was born.
Listening to the album it seems incredible that it comes from so close to home, here in the UK. Tim�s voice is well placed, every word easily understood and his delivery is excellent. The songs are simply sublime in their country simplicity and purity.
The album was given a �soft release� in 2015, and at age 60 Tim was astonished to find himself topping the Amazon Country Download chart and the Country Top Newcomer chart, placing his name amongst some of his heroes and world class acts from
Johnny Cash to Taylor Swift. The cumulative Youtube hits of his videos and music has exceeded 2 million views. He has been taken to the hearts of the Country music dancing and Linedancing community where his music has been shared in over 20 countries from
America to Korea.
He has even earned plaudits from his idol
Neil Diamond who, after Tim sent a copy of his album and a earnest note of admiration, replied with a post-it note (needless to say now a treasured possession) bearing the words:

Above all, Tim is an honest and true man and his expectations are realistic. His passion, strength and everything his music means and stands for is best summed up in his own words: -
�My late wife Liz was an incredible woman and an inspiration in the way she fought against such a terrible disease. I like to think that other people going through the same thing we did as a couple and as a family can relate to the songs; the pain, the loss, the hope, the anger and ultimately the inspiration. One lyric says I often feel the �kick I need to move� � that�s Liz. That quiet voice in my head that inspires me to do better and be better.�
