LOS ANGELES (Top40 Charts/ Mercury Bullet Official Website) Southern California rockers Mercury Bullet have returned to the music scene with a new lineup and music after a brief hiatus. The new single "Never The Last" will be featured on DSN Music's rock compilation "Soundtrack to the End Times" which releases Tuesday January 10th.
Hailing from
Fresno California, Mercury Bullet was formed in 2004 and features front man and lead vocalist Matt Cantu, guitarists Andrew Beasley and Vince Cravins, drummer Jeremiah Dasalla, and bassist Pedro Lucero. The group launched their self-titled debut album in 2004, followed by the nationally distributed release "Bullet In A Blindfold" in 2009, which earned airplay on rock radio stations across the U.S.
Mercury Bullet toured the west coast in 2009, supporting the release of "Bullet In A Blindfold", which followed several years of performing, including stints on the the Vans Warped Tour.
The group has returned to the studio with producer
Peter Wolf, which hatched the new single "Never The Last" - featuring just a taste of what their next album will sound like. "We have never worked as hard or been as focused as we are right now" stated guitarist Andrew Beasley on the new project.
The final project will release sometime in 2013, and will be supported by a regional tour.
"Soundtrack to the End Times" is scheduled for a worldwide release January 10th, and will be available via online and mobile stores such as Amazon.com, iTunes, Verizon, Spotify, Rhapsody.com, Sprint, iHeartRadio.com and hundreds more.
