New York, NY (Top40 Charts) 17-year-old Native American flute virtuoso, Gareth Laffely (also known as Gareth), celebrates his debut appearance on the Billboard New Age
Music Chart at #11 (for the week of November 7th, 2015, according to Nielsen SoundScan) with "Sky Before a Storm", the follow-up New Age release to his highly successful debut CD entitled, "
The Journey", which earned him acclaim and multiple ISMA and NAMMY award nominations and the prestigious "Rising Star" Award from the Native American
Music Awards.

Laura Sullivan (composer/pianist) on the first single to radio entitled, "Regen's Song". "I love Laura's work," states Gareth emphatically, "she has a way of expressing emotion on the piano like no other. I am honored to have her as a part of this project." "Regen's Song" was composed to pay tribute to Regen Morris, a 12-year-old who lost his battle with brain cancer on Christmas morning in 2013. Gareth was so moved by young Regen's story; his courage and strength, that he penned the song for Regen. "I wanted to give Regen a song of his own," explains Gareth. "...a song that would deeply touch people and convey hope and eternal peace. I was immediately struck with the melody, as if it was meant to be."
