Oxford Pennant Celebrates The Rolling Stones' 60+ Year Visual History With New Merchandise Collaboration
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Oxford Pennant - the premiere Buffalo-based designer and manufacturer of wool felt pennants, flags, banners and more - launches an exclusive new collaboration with the Rolling Stones to celebrate over 60 years of The World's Greatest Rock & Roll Band.

Unlike any previous merch created for the Stones, this officially-licensed capsule collection features printed pennants and camp flags, sewn banners, enamel pins, embroidered and chenille patches, and stickers, with design contributions from illustrator Taylor W. Rushing (Black Keys, Nathaniel Rateliff).

For the capsule's centerpiece, Oxford Pennant - which has previously produced collections for the likes of Elton John, My Chemical Romance, Wilco, The Newport Folk Festival and more - conceived and created a Rolling Stones concert flag which is fully customizable for any location, show, and date. For anyone fortunate enough to have experienced the group live in its 60+ year touring history, the flags offer the ultimate celebration of The Stones' "Greatest Show on Earth."

"The stones are exciting, imperfect and dangerous. Risky business to anyone but them," says Brett Mikoll, Co-Founder and Creative Director at Oxford Pennant. "We wanted to fit big fun into each design, inspired by their fast, loud, whatever-happens-happens approach. Hell, we put rhinestones on a banner for the first time. They're just a never-ending source of cool."

The Rolling Stones are Rock & Roll's quintessential band. The group has left an indelible lips-shaped mark not just on music, but art and culture as well. The Stones' logo is an eternal symbol of youth and an immortal representation of cool. From the earliest Rolling Stones pennant ("Souvenir of the Rolling Stones") and references to fan-favorite songs and albums from the 1970s, the Oxford Pennant collection spans the band's entire storied history, and irreverently riffs on its iconography.

Named one of Apartment Therapy's Design Changemakers in 2021, and since featured in Wirecutter, CBS, Business Insider, TIME, and more, Oxford Pennant has partnered with everyone from Elton John, My Chemical Romance, and Wilco, to Nike, J. Crew and the NFL, among many other prominent pop culture figures and brands. Produced in the company's Buffalo-based facility, Oxford Pennant products are made using high-quality, American-made materials, combining thorough historical research with thoughtful design — signature takes on vintage memorabilia for the modern consumer.
