Paul Potts Brings Strings, Winds, And Horns To NYC's Beacon Theater July 9

New York (Top40 Charts/ Shore Fire Media) - Since winning "Britain's Got Talent" in 2007, Paul Potts has performed for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and crowds at sold out shows in concert halls, arenas and stadiums around the globe. On July 9th, Potts will return to New York City as part of a 10-date U.S. run that kicks off his worldwide tour. The "powerful" (Billboard) tenor will perform songs from his new album 'Passione,' out now on Columbia Records.
For his first performance at the Beacon Theater, Potts and a 12-piece orchestra (including brass and winds) will perform powerful arias including "E Lucevan Le Stelle" of Puccini's 'Tosca;' "La Prima Volta," a beautiful and Grammy-winning song originally sung by Roberta Flack and cited by Potts as one of the most passionate songs from the album; and "Il Canto," a melodic song featuring a harp that Potts guarantees will remain in your head long after the song ends.
