Violinist Ezinma Signs To Universal Music Classics In The USA
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Classically trained, hip-hop inspired violinist Ezinma (pronounced Ez-ee-ma, aka EZI) has signed to Universal Music Group's Universal Music Classics, USA. Her inventive covers, which combine hip-hop and classical genres, have gained her a massive following on Instagram, and have led to multiple brand and beauty endorsements.

On Wednesday January 30, Ezinma made her national TV appearance debut on the nationally syndicated talk show Pickler & Ben, with her song "Sunflower in D" which combines Post Malone & Swae Lee's "Sunflower" from the hit movie Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse with Pachelbel's "Canon in D." Tune into the show at picklerandben.com/watch.
Ezinma is set to go into the studio and expected to release new music throughout 2019.

Graham Parker, President of Universal Music Classics, US says of the signing, "Ezinma is not only an incredible classical violinist, but she has her finger on the pulse of current music. She is living proof that classical music is more relevant than ever in 2019. We are thrilled to be on this journey with such an exciting, groundbreaking artist."

Ezinma says of the signing, "It's crazy how these little 60 second videos have opened so many doors. Mixing my love for classical and what's popular has helped my music accessible to more people. And now with the biggest record label on my side we can push to new levels!"
