NEW YORK (SONY BMG) - 92.5 XTU, WXTU-FM, Philadelphia's Country Music Station, a Beasley Broadcast Group radio station, today announced that 92.5 XTU will host Country Music Superstar, Alan Jackson, in-concert, at the Tweeter Center, on Saturday, September 10th at 7:30 p.m.. For every ticket sold, Alan Jackson, Beasley Broadcast Group and the Tweeter Center management will each donate $1 towards Hurricane Katrina relief efforts. If all 25,000 seats are sold, donations have the potential to approach $75,000.

'We are heart-stricken for those that have suffered as a result of Hurricane Katrina and are eager to show our support,' stated Natalie Conner, Vice President and General Manager of 92.5 XTU. 'Additionally, we couldn't be happier than to host Alan Jackson, one of 92.5 XTU's favorites, as he performs hits from his new CD, ‘What I Do.' We look forward to raising as much money as possible for the relief effort.'

Before Alan Jackson hits the stage on Saturday night, 92.5 XTU will showcase Sara Evans, as well as The Wrights, who will be opening the night for Alan. The doors to the concert will open at 3:00 p.m., allowing attendees enough time to partake in 92.5 XTU's 'Red, White and Blue BBQ' prior to the 7:30 p.m. concert. Throughout the afternoon, listeners will have the chance to hear local country hits, break out their line dancing shoes, and participate in a live XTU broadcast from the Tweeter Center.

Tickets are absolutely flying out the door for this can't-miss concert, so listeners are encouraged to buy their ticket to the concert as soon as possible.
