Nashville, TN (CMT PR) – Bo Bice, the popular runner-up of the fourth season of 'American Idol,' from Birmingham, Alabama, gets up-close and personal with audiences nationwide in the new season of CMT's 'In the Moment,' debuting Friday, January 13th at 10:00 PM ET/PT. Watch as Bice works on his debut album, The Real Thing, which has already reached Gold status since its release in December 2005.

Bice visited with Lance Smith on the set of CMT's 'Top Twenty Countdown' to discuss some behind the scenes stories about taping the 'In the Moment.' Bo's debut album, 'The Real Thing' (19 Recordings/RCA), produced by Clive Davis made a smashing debut on the Billboard album chart, opening at No. 4 with sales of almost 227,000 copies the first week. Bice's album was the highest new entry on The Billboard 200 survey dated Dec. 31, 2005.
