NASHVILLE (BonnieRaitt.com) - Bonnie Raitt will release her latest album, Silver Lining, on April 9 via Capitol Records. The collection finds Raitt doing songs by people including David Gray (who had a huge hit last year with the song "Babylon"), Tommy Sims, Gordon Kennedy, Wayne Kirkpatrick (who wrote Eric Clapton's "Change The World"), blues guitarist Roy Rogers, and African stars Oliver Mtukudzi (from Zimbabwe) and Habib Koite (from Mali), as well as tracks written by herself and by her keyboardist, Jon Cleary.

The album's title track will be the first single, and it's expected out in February. Raitt plans to tour in support of Silver Lining, but no dates have been announced.
Silver Lining was produced by Raitt, Mitchell Froom, and Tchad Blake, the team who first collaborated on Raitt's last record, 1998's Fundamental.

"The Silver Lining" tracklist includes:
"Fool's Game,"
"Monkey Business,"
"Silver Lining,"
"I Can't Help You Now,"

"Time Of Our Lives,"
"Wherever You May Be,"
"Wounded Heart,"
"Gnawin' On It,"
"No Gettin' Over You,"
"Hear Me Lord," and "Back Around."
